Impactful Leadership is a unique consulting, advisory and mentoring framework for leaders, initially developed based on accumulated learnings from 6 years as a top tier management consultant and 30 years as global leader of businesses of significant scale, across five different industries, in all major geographic markets and most company ownership models. Since January 2021, the Framework has been fine-tuned and extended based on it being utilised to coach over 40 CEOs and Founders, and shared with over 460 other leaders in multiple leadership development programs, including being taught in the MBA program of Singapore University of Social Sciences.
